This retreat is an immersive wellness experience designed for high-achievers, perfectionists, and anyone who’s been living in “go-mode” for far too long. For over five days in the quiet beautiful countryside of Scotland, you’ll be guided out of the noise of daily life and into a deeper sense of presence, calm, and clarity, one breath at a time.
This retreat will blend powerful breathwork sessions with grounding movement, restorative practices, guided reflection, and intentional rest. Rather than pushing, optimizing, or performing, you’ll learn how to soften your edges and reconnect with a steadier, more sustainable version of yourself. Through breath-based nervous-system regulation, time in nature, and curated group experiences, you’ll explore what it feels like to release pressure, let go of expectations, and experience stillness without guilt.
You’ll leave with practical tools you can use long after the retreat ends like practices that support resilience, nervous-system balance, emotional regulation, and a calmer relationship with productivity and perfectionism. More importantly, you’ll leave with a renewed sense of groundedness and the ability to pause before you push, breathe before you react, and choose presence over pressure.
This is your invitation to step away from the doing, reconnect with your breath, and reclaim the part of you that truly knows how to exhale.
Casey-Michelle is the founder of The Exhale, a breathwork-based online studio that provides grounded approaches to nervous-system healing for high-achievers and perfectionists. With a background in wellness, somatic practices, and mindset coaching, Casey helps individuals shift out of stress-driven productivity and into grounded, embodied presence.
Her teaching blends science-backed breathwork, trauma-informed guidance, and accessible spiritual grounding to create experiences that are both deeply restorative and highly practical. With years of experience of holding curated intentional mindful spaces, she's known for her very earthy techniques and grounded style of teaching that allows students to truly shamelessly release the overload from their bodies.
She believes transformation happens not through force, but through softening and that the breath is the most powerful tool we have to regulate, reset, and reconnect with our true selves.v Her work supports those who are used to carrying a lot, doing a lot, and holding it all together, offering them the space, tools, and permission to finally exhale.
Scotland is an extraordinary setting for a retreat centered around presence, reflection, and creative renewal. Its landscapes of dramatic coastlines, rolling green hills, ancient forests, and wide-open sky, naturally invite in stillness. There’s a grounding quality here that softens the nervous system the moment you arrive. The quiet, expansive beauty creates the perfect backdrop for introspection, breathwork, and restorative practices.
Scotland also carries an unmistakable sense of history and myth, a feeling that time moves more slowly. This spaciousness allows students to step out of their normal pace of life and into a deeper connection with themselves. The purity of the air, the sound of wind through the highlands, and the calming rhythm of the natural world make it easy to unwind, reset, and reconnect.
Whether exploring nature, breathing in fresh open landscapes, or simply observing the serenity around you, Scotland offers an environment that supports deep exhales.
