I am beyond excited to invite you to the ZenfullyKJ Healing Highland Retreat. A transformative journey designed to support deep rest, renewal, healing, and reconnection with yourself and the natural world.
Imagine waking each morning surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the Scottish Highlands. Our retreat will be held at the stunning venue 'Glenalmond' by Rachel Retreats, nestled within a 100-acre private Highland estate. Over the course of 6 nights and 7 days, you will have the opportunity to step away from the distractions and demands of daily life and immerse yourself in a nurturing environment dedicated to self-care, reflection, and personal growth.
Each day will include two thoughtfully guided yoga sessions, held inside the 1,000 square ft. studio with underfloor heating and expansive windows allowing for a beautiful view of the Perthshire countryside and fresh air. Allowing you to move, breathe, and connect with nature while taking in the panoramic views. You will also experience calming sound bowl sessions designed to promote relaxation, balance, and inner peace.
In addition to our scheduled wellness activities, you will have free time to explore the rich culture and beauty of Scotland. Whether you choose to enjoy a scenic guided hike, day trip to Stirling, visit historic castles, participate in a traditional whisky tasting, or simply unwind with a cup of tea while taking in the surrounding views. This retreat offers the perfect balance of restoration and adventure.
This is your invitation to pause, breathe deeply, and remember that your well-being matters. Too often we wait for the "right time" to invest in ourselves. This experience is a reminder that you do not need permission to slow down, reconnect with your inner wisdom, or embrace a life filled with intention, joy, and purpose.
If you have specific retreat questions, please email zenfullykjyoga@gmail.com. I cannot wait to share this beautiful journey with you and create memories that will last a lifetime.
I am a dedicated and compassionate yoga instructor whose passion is helping others cultivate balance, self-awareness, and overall well-being through the practice of yoga. My teaching philosophy is rooted in the harmonious integration of Yin and Yang energies, encouraging students to embrace both strength and softness, movement and stillness, effort, and ease.
With a warm, inclusive, and student-centered approach, my classes support physical vitality, emotional balance, and mental clarity. Yoga is more than physical practice; it is a pathway to deeper self-connection, healing, and personal growth. My goal is to provide a safe and welcoming environment where every student feels seen, supported, and empowered, regardless of age, experience level, or physical ability.
I offer a variety of yoga styles, including Vinyasa, Gentle, Yin, and Restorative Yoga, with a particular passion and specialization in Yin Yoga. Each class is thoughtfully designed to meet students exactly where they are, encouraging mindful movement, breath awareness, relaxation, and self-discovery. Whether guiding a dynamic flow or a deeply restorative practice, I invite every student to honor their unique journey and connect with themselves in meaningful ways.
Committed to lifelong learning, I hold a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification through Zenya Yoga, an advanced 300-hour certification through Yoga Renew, and specialized training in Yin Yoga. As an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200), Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500), and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), I bring both expertise and authenticity to my teaching.
My intention is simple yet powerful: to create meaningful experiences that inspire healing, encourage self-awareness, and help students cultivate greater peace, balance, and joy both on and off the mat.
"Meet yourself where you are, honor your journey, and trust in the transformative power of yoga."
There is a quiet sense of mystery woven into the land of Scotland—one that often leaves people unaware of just how deeply special it truly is or simply overlooked as a travel destination.
But this is your invitation to discover it.
Scotland is a breathtaking country, rich in natural beauty and soulful presence. From the rugged Highlands and rolling green hills to dramatic coastlines and unspoiled beaches, the landscape offers a sense of wonder that is both grounding and inspiring.
Here, history and nature exist in harmony. You can wander through ancient castles, explore charming villages, hike scenic trails, and take in the timeless beauty of historic architecture. The culture is as rich as the land itself—offering incredible cuisine, warm hospitality, and, of course, world-renowned whisky.
For many, there is an added sense of magic—especially for those who feel connected to the world of Harry Potter, which draws inspiration from Scotland’s enchanting scenery.
But beyond all of that, Scotland offers something deeper.
It is a place to slow down. To breathe more fully. To reconnect with nature—and with yourself.
Whether you come for adventure, beauty, or the stillness, Scotland is more than a destination, it is an experience that stays with you long after you leave.
